  1. 1A 25-minute phone interview. You call a number at any time that suits you and talk with our AI interviewer about how your business runs: your tools, where the hours go, how leads and clients are handled, and what only certain people know. There's nothing to prepare. The AI takes the interview whenever you're free; a person goes through the report with you on the walkthrough.
  2. 2A written report within two business days of the call. It covers what you told us, the fixes we recommend with cost and setup steps, a four-day plan to put them in place, what those fixes are worth against your own numbers, and what would take more than a tool to fix.
  3. 3A 30-minute walkthrough call, booked from a link in the report. We go through the report together, answer your questions, and cover anything the interview didn't reach.

What it doesn't include

  • Setting up the tools we recommend. The report gives you the steps; doing them is yours, or a separate engagement.
  • Any build, integration, or ongoing service. If the report points at one, it's priced separately and you decide.
  • A second interview or a revised report. If something was missed, the walkthrough covers it.

Terms

  • Guarantee: If the report doesn't find at least three things worth doing, tell us on the walkthrough and we'll refund the assessment fee in full.
  • Refunds: Before the interview, you can cancel for a full refund. After the interview, the guarantee is the only refund.
  • The report contains recommendations based on what you tell us in the interview. It isn't a guarantee of results, and we're not responsible for how third-party tools we recommend perform or change.
  • Nothing in the report is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. If a recommendation touches any of those, we'll say so and suggest you check with the right professional.
  • Our liability for this engagement is limited to the assessment fee.
  • What you tell us stays with us. We use your interview and report only to produce your report and, if you ask, follow-on work. We don't share them with anyone outside the services we use to run the interview and write the report.
  • If you buy the Librarian within 90 days of the assessment, the assessment fee is credited in full against its setup fee.
