Guarantee: If the fixes in the report aren't worth at least $999 over the next year, by your own numbers, tell us on the walkthrough and we'll refund the assessment fee in full.
Refunds: Before the interview, you can cancel for a full refund. After the interview, the guarantee is the only refund.
The report contains recommendations based on what you tell us in the interview. It isn't a guarantee of results, and we're not responsible for how third-party tools we recommend perform or change.
Nothing in the report is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. If a recommendation touches any of those, we'll say so and suggest you check with the right professional.
Our liability for this engagement is limited to the assessment fee.
What you tell us stays with us. We use your interview and report only to produce your report and, if you ask, follow-on work. We don't share them with anyone outside the services we use to run the interview and write the report.
If you buy the Librarian within 90 days of the assessment, the assessment fee is credited in full against its setup fee.
